TYTAN is seeking a Technical Project Manager to drive cross-functional programs spanning engineering, product, and operations, coordinating internal teams and external partners to meet milestones with precision.

You will own timelines, KPIs, budgets, and delivery goals, while ensuring clear communication with stakeholders and leadership. The role emphasizes speed, ownership, and impactful contributions within a hybrid Munich-based setup.

Qualifikationen

• 2–5 years of project or program management experience, ideally in aerospace, defense, robotics, or another complex hardware–software industry.
• Ability to combine structure with agility; track deliverables while adapting to shifting priorities.
• Strong communication skills across written, verbal, and visual formats, from engineering discussions to leadership updates.
• Comfortable in an early-stage environment, motivated by speed, ownership, and impact.
• Excited about building dual-use defense technology protecting open societies and Europe’s air defense.
• Experience with project management tools (Notion, Excel, Gantt, Kanban) is a plus.
• Experience with public sector, procurement projects, or security-sensitive environments is a plus.
• Fluent in English and German.

Your roadmap to make an impact

Qualifications

• You bring 2‑5 years of project or program management experience, ideally in aerospace, defense, robotics, or another complex hardware‑software industry.
• Ability to combine structure with agility; you can track deliverables rigorously while adapting quickly to shifting priorities.
• Strong communication skills — clear, concise, and confident across written, verbal, and visual formats, from engineering discussions to leadership updates.
• You are comfortable working in an early‑stage environment and are motivated by speed, ownership, and impact.
• You are excited about building dual‑use defense technology that protects open societies and restores the economics of European air defense.
• Experience with project management tools is welcome (e.g. Notion, Excel, Gantt, Kanban, etc.).
• Experience with public sector, procurement projects, or security‑sensitive environments is a plus.
• You are fluent in English and German.
