Zusammenfassung

TYTAN Technologies GmbH in Munich is seeking an IT Engineer to maintain and improve our IT infrastructure, ensuring system reliability, performance, and security. You will work with cross-functional teams to support operations and drive technical improvements.

Responsibilities include managing servers, networks, cloud environments, Windows/Linux systems, monitoring, incident management, and implementing backup/disaster recovery. Strong English communication is required; German is a plus.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field (or equivalent experience).
• Several years of experience in IT infrastructure or system administration.
• Strong knowledge of networking (TCP/IP, DNS, VPN, firewalls).
• Experience with cloud platforms (Azure and GCP).

As an IT Engineer, you will be responsible for maintaining and improving our IT infrastructure, ensuring system reliability, performance, and security. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to support business operations and drive technical improvements.

Your roadmap to make an impact

• Manage and maintain IT infrastructure (servers, networks, cloud environments)
• Administer Windows/Linux systems and virtualization platforms
• Monitor system performance, availability, and security
• Support cloud services (e.g., Azure, GCP or similar)
• Handle incident management, troubleshooting, and root cause analysis
• Implement and maintain backup and disaster recovery solutions
