JetBrains is seeking an experienced Technical Project Manager to join our Platform team. You will work at the intersection of product, infrastructure, and engineering, coordinating with highly skilled teams on platform features and improvements that support JetBrains products.

The role focuses on driving multiple initiatives, aligning stakeholders, and ensuring successful delivery with a strong emphasis on communication and execution in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Experience as a Project Manager or Delivery Manager in product- or platform-focused teams.
• Ability to drive several parallel initiatives in a fast-paced environment with cross-functional coordination.
• Excellent communication, with stakeholders at multiple levels.
• Structured thinking with a strong focus on outcomes and a get-it-done mindset.
• Comfort working with complex technical systems and a solid understanding of software development processes.
• Fluency in English.

We’re now looking for an experienced Technical Project Manager to join our Project Management team and ensure the success of complex initiatives that affect all aspects of the JetBrains Platform. In this role, you’ll work at the intersection of product, infrastructure, and engineering domains, closely collaborating with highly experienced teams on platform features and improvements that support JetBrains products.

In this role, you will:

• Drive and coordinate initiatives for the JetBrains Platform.
• Align multiple teams and stakeholders around shared goals and timelines.
• Support planning and execution, helping teams move from ideas to delivery.
• Track progress and manage risks, dependencies, and bottlenecks.
• Help improve delivery and collaboration practices.
