As a Technical Project Manager, you will be responsible for coordinating all aspects of a project from conception to completion, ensuring all projects are delivered on time, within scope and budget. The role requires an individual with a strong technical background, exceptional problem-solving skills, and a passion for managing complex web and mobile app projects. You are characterised by your ability to grasp things quickly, precisely identify our customers' core concerns and priorities, and proactively develop innovative solutions. Your ability to adapt quickly to changing situations and present efficient, creative solutions "on the spot" is crucial for the successful realisation of projects.

You will work directly with diverse teams, providing project leadership and direction, making this role ideal for those who thrive on new challenges in a fast-paced, tech-driven environment.

Tasks

1. Customer communication: Engage deeply to understand the true needs and "pain points" of our customers. Develop a strong customer relationship through empathy and effective communication.
2. Rapid problem analysis and solution finding: Demonstrate an exceptional ability to quickly grasp complex requirements and develop customised solutions in an agile manner.
3. Project management: Manage web and app development projects in a structured yet flexible manner, considering changing requirements, timelines, and budgets.
4. Team leadership and coordination: Lead and motivate the development team to translate technical concepts into viable solutions.
5. Quality assurance and innovation: Strive for the highest quality and innovative solutions that surpass customer expectations.
6. Documentation and reporting: Maintain accurate and timely documentation of project progress for internal and client reports.

Requirements

• Degree in computer science, business informatics, project management, or a related field.
• At least 3 years of experience managing web and/or app development projects.
• Outstanding analytical skills and solution-oriented mindset.
• Proven ability to solve problems quickly and work with agility under pressure.
• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Knowledge of project management methodologies and understanding of software development cycles.
• Native German and fluent English proficiency.
