The mission has started. We proudly announce that in our Battery Valley, we are starting our own battery cell production and the ramp-up of our worldwide headquarters for global cell manufacturing. The CTO organization is responsible for battery cell development, including research, predevelopment of materials and components, series development, prototyping, testing, and analysis of battery cells.

How You Will CELLebrate

1. Technical project lead for the development of cells in a series development project.
2. Technical leadership and management of an interdisciplinary development project team.
3. Project controlling and management, including development project planning, timelines, milestones, budget, sample steering, fulfillment of product requirements, and approval of product releases.
4. Interface functions to Program Management, internal customers, Operations, Quality, Development Partners, and Purchasing.

What You Need For Our CELLebration

1. Completed technical/university studies in chemistry, electrochemistry, material science, physics, chemical engineering, mechanical engineering, or a comparable qualification.
2. Work experience in project management and leading interdisciplinary project teams.
3. Experience in development and industrialization projects.
4. Experience in battery cell development or related areas.
5. Strong self-organization skills and good communication abilities.
6. Fluent English skills.
