Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain detailed project plans using project management tools to monitor and track progress, ensuring timely, within scope, and within budget delivery.
  • Oversee and coordinate the technical aspects of projects, providing guidance and resources to engineering and development teams.
  • Evaluate existing business processes for Enterprise customers and recommend improvements using TeamViewer's technology.
  • Refine processes for efficiency and cost optimization, ensuring thorough documentation for clients and internal teams.
  • Gather and articulate customer requirements; devise and oversee project implementation plans.
  • Lead deployment of software solutions, facilitating collaboration between project teams and client stakeholders.
  • Manage resource allocation, estimation, scheduling, and coordination throughout project stages, working with product and engineering teams on roadmaps.
  • Supervise user acceptance and system integration testing to ensure smooth rollouts.
  • Act as a technical advisor post-implementation, focusing on upsell opportunities and scaling within customer organizations.
  • Represent TeamViewer as a subject matter expert in Augmented Reality and Remote Connectivity solutions.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Business Informatics, Computer Science, Project Management, or related fields.
  • At least 3 years of experience in customer-centric roles, preferably as a Technical Project Manager, leading large-scale technology projects.
  • Deep understanding of Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban), object-oriented development, build processes, change control, and release management.
