Job Details

• Salary: Up to €84,000, depending on experience
• Location: Frankfurt office - remote friendly (up to once in the office every 6 weeks), with more frequent presence optional. Some client travel within the DACH region expected.

Requirements:

• Must already reside in Germany; no sponsorship available; C1 German or higher

What they're looking for:

• Experience with complex software projects for 2+ years, possibly as a software developer or implementation consultant; transferable skills are valued
• Technical skillset (not necessarily IAM-specific): APIs, databases, scripting, etc.; ability to learn configuration & installation of their software/solutions; technically oriented but not necessarily a developer

Comfortable in a client-facing role, ensuring successful implementation projects.

Experience in project management alone isn't sufficient; a technical IT skillset is necessary to create technical specifications.

Role: Technical Project Manager

Assist clients in implementing their software/solutions successfully within their environments.

Key responsibilities include:

• Develop technical specifications
• Define solutions
• Support non-technical project managers
• Oversee configuration and testing
• Conduct product training for customers
• Project management tasks

Be part of the growing German office, focusing on the DACH region with projects involving large customers (3-6k employees) over 6-12 months, across sectors like Government and Automotive.
