Enemix in Hamburg is seeking a Technical Project Manager to oversee the delivery of grid-scale battery storage projects in a hybrid setup. You will work directly with the Technical Director in a newly created team, taking ownership from day one and shaping how the function operates.

The role combines technical coordination across projects, multi-stakeholder collaboration, and cross-border communication in English and German, with three days in the Hamburg office and Mondays and Fridays from home.

Qualificações

• Minimum five years' experience in project management or technical project coordination.
• Delivery of at least one project end to end.
• Fluent German and fluent English, written and spoken.
• Organised, collaborative, and adaptable to changing priorities.

• Plan, prioritise and allocate tasks across projects with the Technical Director.
• Drive weekly cross-project reviews and track actions, risks and decisions to close.
• Coordinate suppliers, consultants, grid operators and internal teams to stay on track.
• Track schedules, deliverables and technical documentation; raise issues early.
• Support clear project reporting to German leadership and the wider group.
• Help shape processes and ways of working for a growing technical team.

Technical Project Manager | Hamburg (Hybrid) | Permanent

Battery storage is one of the fastest-moving corners of the German energy transition, and this role puts you right in the middle of it. You will coordinate the technical delivery of a portfolio of grid-scale BESS projects, working side by side with the Technical Director as a new technical team takes shape. It is a newly created role, so expect real ownership from day one and a real say in how things work.

About the Company

Our client is an integrated renewable energy developer and long-term asset owner with a multi-gigawatt solar and storage pipeline across several international markets. Its German business pairs the backing of an international group with a small, welcoming team where English and German sit comfortably side by side.
