Technical Project Manager - BMS Standardization

About the Project : Lead a significant project to standardize the Building Management System ( BMS ) across various sectors. Work closely with Siemens and internal teams to ensure a cohesive approach to facility management, application design, installation, and related services.

Start Date : 14.04.2025

End Date : 31.12.2025

Full-time : 40 hours per week

100% Remote within the EU timezone

Key Responsibilities :

• Consolidate applications related to facility management and Siemens install base
• Collaborate with the Enterprise Architect team, Corporate Security, and Siemens Program Manager to define target applications and standardize project documentation
• Oversee activities with Siemens' project team and multiple sites to support local project deployment and alignment
• Create a reference architecture for Desigo CC, a proposed bill of material, and a project roadmap for obsolescence management, upgrades, and new projects

Qualifications :

• Experience with Building Management Systems ( BMS ), especially Siemens Desigo CC
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills
• Ability to work remotely and manage projects across different time zones
• Nice to have : Experience with automation solutions and HVAC systems
• Relevant certifications such as PMP or ITIL are beneficial
