Job Description

Signify Technology is on the lookout for a Technical PM with knowledge of Regulatory Affairs.

Your Role

As a Technical Project Manager, you’ll operate at the crossroads of technology, privacy, and medical software, playing a key role in both product development and regulatory compliance. You’ll lead technical projects end-to-end, oversee feature implementation, and collaborate with engineers and regulatory experts to deliver high-quality, compliant solutions.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Lead and coordinate cross-functional technical projects across product, business, and compliance teams
• Translate product and regulatory requirements into well-scoped, developer-ready tickets (e.g., in Jira)
• Partner closely with engineering, QA, product, and compliance to align efforts and ensure timely progress
• Support the implementation of standards like GDPR, ISO 27001, and ISO 13485 with input from our regulatory team
• Oversee the development lifecycle — from planning through release — with a focus on quality and delivery
• Improve internal tech workflows, documentation, and conduct occasional internal audits

You’re a Great Fit If You:

• Have 4+ years in a technical role (e.g, software engineering background)
• Hold a technical degree or have at least 3 years of hands-on development experience
• Are experienced in project management and enjoy leading complex technical initiatives
• Write clear, structured developer tickets using tools like Jira
• Communicate clearly with developers and understand technical constraints
• Are fluent in German and English (C1 level or higher)
• Living in Germany

Bonus Points For:

• Experience with consumer-facing digital products (health, education, e-commerce, gaming)
• Familiarity with mobile app development and app store compliance requirements
• Working knowledge of Agile methodologies
• Hands-on experience with GDPR, ISO 27001, ISO 13485, or similar standards
