Job Description

We have a fantastic opportunity in our Flux Feeder team as Project Manager Flux Feeder. Reporting to our Technical Director, you will act as project lead and will be responsible for the sales and order management process in cooperation with the international flux feeder team. You will collaborate closely with our sales organization and will be responsible for constructing flux feeder machines and bringing them into service at our customers' sites.

Responsibilities:

1. Sales offer preparation
2. Construction and implementation of flux feeder machines at customer sites
3. Support of spare parts business
4. Act as a counterpart for sub-suppliers
5. Manage the full project lifecycle: from initial customer requests to final implementation

Requirements:

• Technical education in electrical, mechanical, or related fields, or equivalent professional experience
• Over 5 years of experience in machine building, preferably in the steel industry
• Problem-solving skills and reasoning ability
• Knowledge of equipment sales is a plus
• Ability to identify customer needs and develop customized solutions
• Basic SAP experience
• Customer-oriented, open-minded, with a good relationship-building mindset
• Ability to work independently and in a team
• Strong communication skills and experience in an international work environment
• Fluent in German and English
• High commitment to safety standards
