Rheinmetall is seeking a Technical Program Manager to assume technical leadership of the development team in an internationally expanding group. You will drive large-scale technical projects and contribute to innovative simulation training solutions, including Level D full-flight simulators and training systems for ground crews.

We value a strong IT/software affinity, fluency in English, and intercultural communication.

Qualifikationen

• Degree in aerospace engineering, electrical engineering, computer science, or a comparable field.
• Extensive experience in the (technical) management of projects.
• Several years of professional experience in the field of simulation, ideally in (military) flight simulation.
• High level of IT and software affinity.
• Business fluent English, both written and spoken.
• Willingness to travel worldwide.

• Provide technical leadership of the development team in an international group.

Take active responsibility for the training resources of Air Force, Army, and Navy pilots, become part of a motivated, international team, and work with us to develop innovative training simulators such as Level D full-flight simulators, rear crew training systems, and training solutions for ground crews.
