The gross annual salary is between € 64,000 and a maximum of € 67,500, depending on qualifications.Please note that we can only consider candidates who hold a valid, unrestricted work permit for the EU (no student visa).
Job description
Tasks
- Development of manufacturing concepts and support during their implementation
- Analysis and resolution of production issues as well as initiation of appropriate corrective actions
- Processing of NCs (Non-Conformities), DQNs (Design Query Notes), RDRs (Requests for Design Rework), deviations and eQLBs (Quality Log Books) directly on the shopfloor
- Coordination with ACM (Aircraft Manager), MAP (Mise au Point) and Quality Assurance as part of continuous improvement routines
- Creation of manufacturing orders based on technical specifications
- Technical consulting and support for the production team
- Participation in projects and proactive stakeholder management
- On-site communication with internal interfaces to find solutions
Requirements
- Completed master craftsman qualification in aircraft mechanics / industrial mechanics or a completed technical degree (e.g. state-certified technician or technical business administrator)
- Several years of professional experience in the areas of production planning, manufacturing / production, production control, aircraft construction and manufacturing engineering
- Initial user experience with SAP R/3 and familiarity with Google Workspace
- Very good German language skills (at least C1) and basic English skills (at least A2)
- Willingness to work in shifts
- Strong communication skills, high level of initiative and solution-oriented mindset
- A valid, unrestricted work permit for the European Union (no student visa) is mandatory
