Your new role

Join our engineering department, where you'll become part of an ecosystem designed for innovation and excellence. Our structure features cross-functional development teams dedicated to continuous improvement, feature enhancement, and the creation of new products. These teams are supported by our Quality Assurance (QA) and Site Reliability Engineering (SRE) groups, ensuring product delivery and stability. In addition, you'll work closely with our Product & People team, a Software Architect, and our VP of Engineering, all united in tackling new challenges, fostering innovation, and guaranteeing both product success and customer satisfaction.

Given the complexity of our platform, this role requires a strong technical foundation and the ability to engage deeply with engineering topics.

As a Technical Product Owner, you will be responsible for defining, prioritizing and maintaining the Product backlogs, the Product Delivery plans and roadmaps to ensure the correct focus is maintained on product goals. You will act as an Agile ambassador, and actively take responsibility for products and shape the working environment.

Your Challenge:

  • Plan and launch new products and features that contribute to the global roadmap.
  • Work closely with the product management team to analyse data, write detailed and actionable product requirements, user stories and acceptance criteria.
  • Work with software architects, tech leads and software engineers to define and document technical requirements for product features.
  • Translate complex technical concepts into clear, actionable requirements, ensuring alignment with engineering feasibility and architectural standards
  • Define and track KPIs to measure product success and guide future development. Use data-driven insights to make informed decisions and adjustments.
  • Maintain a refined and evolving product backlog that drives both near term iterative optimizations and long-term innovation.
  • Drive acceptance testing before feature/product launches.
  • Lead and participate in agile ceremonies such as the refinement and sprint planning.
  • Coordinate and collaborate with cross functional teams to ensure successful product launches.
  • Work together with Technical Writers to document product capabilities, project progress, and release notes.

Requirements

About you

  • Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Technical Product Owner, with a focus on SaaS platforms.
  • Strong understanding and experience with Agile methodologies (e.g., Scrum/ Scrumban).
  • You have a strong technical mindset and ideally some hands-on experience as a Software Engineer. This helps you understand our complex AI platform and work closely with our engineering teams. Experience in the Conversational AI or Contact Center industry is a big plus
  • You enjoy analysing data and searching for the best ways to visualize information, to enable effective data-driven decision making.
  • You have a highly analytical and curious intellect, as well astheabilityto quickly familiarize yourself withcomplexproblems.
  • You can balance short-term priorities with long-term goals while meeting deadlinesevenundertimepressure andimprovisewhen roadblocksarereached.
  • You are a highly motivated team player with ahands-on and "nothing-is-impossible"mindsetand develop solutionsproactively andindependently. You are a continuous learner keeping skills and knowledge sharp through ongoing education and curiosity.
  • You have the ability to build excellent working relationships internally and externally with excellent communication skills in English.
