Technical Product Manager (f/m/x) Haematology
Your responsibilities
  • Handle service requests in the EMEA region (Europe, Middle East, Africa) as 2nd level support
  • Monitor the device throughout the entire product lifecycle
  • Analyse and resolve technical problems, including on customer sites
  • Conduct technical training courses for the technical support staff in EMEA
  • Provide customer support for the application of instrument-specific software
  • Manage escalations and complaints in cooperation with affiliates, our Japanese headquarters, and suppliers
  • Prepare and update technical documentation
  • Coordinate with the parent company S-Corp in Japan
Your profile
  • Degree in medical technology or a comparable qualification
  • Experience in technical support, as well as in designing and conducting training courses
  • Strong expertise in electrical and medical engineering, along with IT knowledge
  • Excellent customer orientation and motivational skills
  • Effective cross-cultural communication and problem-solving abilities
