Technical Product Manager (f/m/x) Haematology
Your responsibilities
- Handle service requests in the EMEA region (Europe, Middle East, Africa) as 2nd level support
- Monitor the device throughout the entire product lifecycle
- Analyse and resolve technical problems, including on customer sites
- Conduct technical training courses for the technical support staff in EMEA
- Provide customer support for the application of instrument-specific software
- Manage escalations and complaints in cooperation with affiliates, our Japanese headquarters, and suppliers
- Prepare and update technical documentation
- Coordinate with the parent company S-Corp in Japan
Your profile
- Degree in medical technology or a comparable qualification
- Experience in technical support, as well as in designing and conducting training courses
- Strong expertise in electrical and medical engineering, along with IT knowledge
- Excellent customer orientation and motivational skills
- Effective cross-cultural communication and problem-solving abilities
