What you can expect

To strengthen our team at the Lingen (Ems) site, we are looking for a Technical Product Manager / Application Manager for Eddy Current Applications (all genders welcome).

ROSEN's inspection services are used worldwide for non-destructive material testing in pipelines. Eddy current technology is already an integral part of the sensor portfolio and is becoming a new core topic for future applications.

Responsibilities:
  1. Creating new product or application solutions using eddy current technology
  2. Managing the product and application lifecycle
  3. Creating and implementing the product or application roadmap and monitoring requirements for development projects
  4. Acting as interface between operational regions, global markets, and development teams
  5. Providing 2nd-level support for operational regions and customers
What you will bring

To become part of the ROSEN family, you need strong analytical skills and a detail- and solution-oriented way of thinking. Additionally, you should have:

  1. A degree in business engineering, geophysics, or a comparable qualification
  2. At least 3 years of professional experience in requirements and product management, as well as in non-destructive materials engineering, preferably with eddy current measurement
  3. Excellent communication skills in a multicultural environment and the ability to engage with top management on an equal footing
  4. Strong analytical skills, high self-motivation, and the ability to shape the future
  5. Confidence in professional presenting, moderating, and interviewing
  6. Proficiency in German and English
