Role Description

DRIMCO GmbH is looking for a Technical Product Manager (m / f / d) with expertise in AI and Machine Learning to join our team in Germany. In this strategic and delivery-focused role, you will be shaping the future of Industrial AI agents for requirement intelligence. We develop scalable software products that enhance how engineering and manufacturing organizations manage requirement analysis, RFQs, and product lifecycle data.

Your mission will be to participate / lead the product development cycle and act as the interface between Customers and Product-Engineering Teams.

• Develop and communicate a clear AI product vision aligned with senior management
• Define and prioritize product roadmaps, with a focus on ML / AI-driven functionality
• Collaborate cross-functionally with engineering, AI / ML teams, UX, DevOps, and customers
• Lead feature scoping, sprint planning, and delivery across the full product lifecycle
• Ensure product compliance, quality, scalability, and maintainability
• Translate ambiguous AI opportunities into valuable, usable product features
• Conduct competitive analysis and align the product with emerging industrial needs
• Define and track KPIs to monitor product success and iterate quickly
• Support sales, marketing, and customer success teams with product insights and value stories
• Engage with clients and partners (e.g. Siemens) to validate AI-driven use cases and co-develop solutions

What are we looking for

• Bachelor\'s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field (Master’s preferred)
• 5+ years of experience in product management, ideally with applied AI / ML or industrial software
• Hands-on knowledge of Machine Learning and concepts
• Proven ability to define and deliver data-heavy, AI-powered B2B products
• Experience working in Agile / Scrum environments with cross-functional technical teams
• Excellent communication skills in English; German proficiency is a plus
• Familiarity with industrial sectors (automotive, manufacturing, engineering) is highly desirable
