Overview

Join our team in Hilden (near Düsseldorf) as an Inhouse Technical Process Consultant SAP CoE (Plan-to-Produce) and help optimize production planning, materials management, and manufacturing execution. In this role, you will ensure our SAP systems run smoothly, enabling efficient planning, scheduling, and execution while staying aligned with business goals and supply chain operations.

Your Tasks

Your key responsibilities will be:

• Configure and manage SAP PtP modules (PP, MM, QM) to enhance production, material and quality management.
• Ensure high-quality changes, maintain technical documentation, and provide SAP Plan-to-Produce support.
• Optimize production planning, scheduling, and material requirements planning (MRP).
• Work closely with supply chain and manufacturing teams to improve workflows.
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to production orders, scheduling, and capacity planning.
• Lead or support SAP projects, upgrades, enhancements and system integrations.

Your Profile

• You have a Bachelor's or Master's degree in IT, Business, or a related field.
• You bring 5+ years of SAP consulting experience, ideally in a CoE environment.
• You have expertise in SAP PP, MRP, and shop floor system integration.
• You are familiar with SAP S/4HANA, Fiori applications, and integration technologies (PI/PO, IDOCs, APIs).
• You have strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• You thrive in Agile environments and enjoy working across global teams.
