We have an excellent career opportunity for a Technical Presales Consultant to join our growing EMEA team.

As a committed long-term business partner, we are investing in the future by expanding our Bricsys team across EMEA. The success of our customers is key to us and having local experts available plays an important role.

This role is tasked with technical leadership to drive our BricsCAD sales in EMEA within the AEC and Manufacturing industries. You will work closely with Bricsys HQ and the local Country Managers to achieve this goal.

Your key responsibilities

• Prepare, deliver and follow-up technical Bricsys product demonstrations for potential clients. Identify the prospect’s needs and recommend workflows within the Bricsys and Hexagon product portfolios that address their needs. Be the technical expert during sales conversations and help close deals based on the demonstrated technical capabilities of our product.
• Develop, organize and conduct live or online product training, technical presentations, and proof of concept demonstrations for potential customers.
• Build up an in- depth understanding and knowledge of the Bricsys products.
• Work closely with the Technical Presales, Sales, Technical Marketing, and Product teams to provide technical assistance on qualified sales, marketing, and product opportunities.
• Assist Bricsys partners in EMEA by providing them the needed technical knowledge to enable their own Technical Presales roles.

The role can be based in Ghent, Belgium (hybrid), or with remote work based in the Netherlands or Germany.

Your profile

• A solid technical education background
• 3+ years' in-house / industry experience in design, modelling or engineering using CAD software
• Native German speaker with full professional proficiency in English. Any other European language is a plus.
• Good understanding of AEC and / or Manufacturing industries, and applications and functionalities of CAD / BIM tools in various workflows across these industries
• Experience in providing training / workshops for CAD / BIM-related software
• Experience in Presales tasks and processes similar to above. Has a commercial flair, enjoys interaction with stakeholders and to demonstrate expertise in a constructive and helpful manner addressing needs
• Outstanding communication and presentation skills
• Highly motivated, flexible, and adaptable nature
• Availability for domestic and international travel (up to 30%)
