Jobtailor seeks a technical automation professional to develop and optimize AI-driven workflows. You will create structured knowledge assets, troubleshoot complex issues, and partner with stakeholders to drive process improvements across operations.

Proficiency in scripting (Python/PowerShell/Bash), GitHub-based workflows, and AI-assisted development tools is required. You will contribute to tooling and knowledge systems to scale automation.

Qualifikationen

• Proficient with scripting languages (Python/PowerShell/Bash).
• Experience with modern frameworks, cloud services, APIs and data services.
• Strong troubleshooting and problem solving in ambiguous scenarios.
• Able to learn new technologies quickly and apply to operations.
• Experience using Git-based workflows and code editors (GitHub/VS Code).
• Experience using AI-assisted development tools (GitHub Copilot, ChatGPT, Claude Code).

• Design and iterate on AI-assisted support experiences, templates, and grounding strategies.
• Track recurring issues and identify opportunities for automation and efficiency.
• Contribute to internal tooling, documentation, and self-service experiences.
• Continuously evaluate emerging AI tools to improve workflows and scale.

• Design and iterate on AI-assisted support experiences, response templates, and knowledge-grounding strategies.
• Track recurring issues and identify opportunities for automation and operational efficiency.
• Contribute to internal tooling, documentation, and self-service experiences.
• Continuously evaluate emerging AI tools and technologies that can improve workflows and increase scale.

Requirements

• Experience building solutions using modern frameworks, cloud services, APIs, and data services.
• Hands‑on experience with scripting languages such as Python, PowerShell, Bash, or similar.
• Experience working with Git‑based workflows and tools such as GitHub and VS Code.
• Comfortable using command-line tools and debugging technical issues.
• Experience with issue tracking systems such as GitHub Issues, Azure DevOps, or Jira.
• Experience using AI‑assisted development tools such as GitHub Copilot, ChatGPT, Claude Code, or similar.
• Ability to quickly learn new technologies and apply them to operational challenges.
• Strong troubleshooting skills and ability to navigate ambiguous scenarios.
• Demonstrated ability to identify patterns and drive process improvements.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities with minimal direction.
• Strong written communication skills and attention to detail.
