The focus is not AI strategy, content creation, or theory. We need someone who can take an idea, understand the problem, build a working solution, test it, and improve it.

• Build and implement AI‑powered tools, automations, and workflows.
• Develop practical software solutions using AI APIs, automation tools, integrations, and backend logic.
• Extend existing systems and workflows with AI features.
• Work with internal teams to understand needs and turn them into usable technical solutions.
• Build prototypes quickly and improve them into reliable working tools.
• Connect AI tools with existing platforms, databases, APIs, and internal processes.

• Real hands‑on experience building AI‑based projects.
