1. Be the trusted, knowledgeable technical partner of Vincotech’s power semiconductor suppliers across all levels, as well as of internal stakeholders and customers.
2. Take the lead to define and execute the chip technology roadmap, monitoring suppliers’ developments to anticipate market and technological trends.
3. Manage and coordinate technical discussions in cross-functional teams.
4. Create sales tools, promotional material, and conduct technical workshops.
5. Coordinate custom product developments, support design-in activities, and respond to business and technical inquiries.

You are a good fit, if you have :

1. Earned a degree in electrical engineering or physics with a focus on power electronics, semiconductors, or similar, and several years’ experience in technical marketing and/or power semiconductor development.
2. In-depth knowledge of power semiconductors, including manufacturing, use cases in power electronics, and understanding of commercial and technical trade-offs.
3. The capacity to align technical capabilities with business requirements and to develop strategies and action plans to achieve these aims.
4. Project management skills and proven experience working with cross-functional teams.
5. Fluent command of spoken and written English and strong communication skills for interacting with customers, suppliers, and internal stakeholders in a multicultural environment.
6. The ability to excel both as an independent self-starter and a team player, as well as remaining calm and focused in high-pressure situations.
