THE OPPORTUNITY
HOW YOU WILL MAKE AN IMPACT
  • You will lead a team of 7 engineers (Java/TypeScript and C++ developers) within the IVION development department, managing execution and performance, motivating the team, and mentoring their growth.
  • You will drive engineering efficiency and operational excellence, contribute technically to the team’s scope, and implement high-quality solutions for complex customer problems.
  • You will ensure the team’s success by establishing effective processes, facilitating communication, and partnering with key stakeholders.
  • You will set priorities and take ownership of the team’s initiatives, ensuring timely and quality delivery while removing roadblocks.
  • You will foster a culture of trust, ownership, and collaboration within the team and NavVis.
WHAT WILL HELP YOU SUCCEED IN THE ROLE
  • A university degree in computer science, engineering, or related fields.
  • At least 6 years of software engineering experience with hands-on development in Java, TypeScript, and C++.
  • 2-3 years of experience leading high-performing engineering teams on complex projects.
  • Experience in hiring, building diverse teams, and fostering an inclusive environment.
  • Excellent communication skills, capable of conveying complex technical concepts to varied stakeholders.
