A leading energy company is seeking a BWRX-300 Systems Integration Technical Leader in Germany. The successful candidate will provide leadership and oversee technical team operations within a regulated nuclear environment. Responsibilities include managing integrated systems and ensuring effective product delivery. Candidates must possess a relevant engineering degree and a minimum of 7 years in a technology role. The BWRX-300 Systems Integration Technical Leader will be responsible for providing leadership, direction, development and resource management of a technical team of engineers supporting GEH Nuclear. In addition, you will manage complex issues within the functional area of expertise, be involved in long-term planning and contribute to the overall engineering strategy.

The base pay range for this position is $112 - $160K. The specific pay offered may be influenced by a variety of factors, including the candidate's experience, education, and skill set. This position is also eligible for bonuses, such as a performance bonus/variable incentive compensation/equity. This position is expected to close on 9/12/25.
The company pays a geographic differential of 110%, 120%, or 130% of salary in certain areas.
