• You technically lead the internal development of cloud and on-premises software.
• You communicate with external technical leaders to ensure compliance with internal needs and company guidelines.
• You are a trusted colleague, always ready to help with daily problems and questions.
• You show clear leadership by guiding and mentoring less experienced colleagues.

• You monitor technical debt and contribute to plans for its reduction, helping to maintain quality standards.

Qualifications

• Degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field, with extensive knowledge of software stacks, especially .NET and Azure.
• Proven experience in leading technical teams in cloud development projects, demonstrating strong leadership and mentorship skills.
• Deep understanding of software design principles such as SOLID, Clean Code, Clean Architecture, and the Twelve-Factor App methodology.
• Cloud-first mindset with the ability to design and implement cloud solutions compatible with on-premises environments.
• Strong enthusiasm for cloud technologies, with experience in tools and practices like Docker, Kubernetes, and DevOps methodologies.
