Technical Lead - Adobe Experience Manager (all genders), Münster

Are you interested in designing and developing digital experience worlds on websites and portals for our international clients using Adobe Experience Manager? Would you also like to make a significant contribution to building and leading a new team? Then you are exactly right at adesso in the Web Experience Management area!

As part of our high-caliber Digital Experience team, you bring extensive experience and skills in the Adobe Experience Manager CMS. Your tasks include solution design, project estimation, architecture, customization, and programming of websites with Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) and other Adobe Experience Cloud technologies.

Specifically, your responsibilities will include:

• Custom software development for international client projects and well-known brands: from requirements analysis to rollout of web solutions
• Consulting clients on the conception and implementation of AEM-based websites
• Creating solution architectures to integrate various subsystems (Commerce, DAM, PIM, CRM, etc.) into AEM
• Providing technical leadership as Lead Developer for the development team
• Supporting the development of our AEM team and guiding Java CMS developers in learning AEM
• Passion for web software development – full stack with a strong focus on Adobe Experience Manager, but also other systems and technologies
• Significant Java experience specifically for web applications and experience with technologies such as REST, HTML, CSS, JS, possibly web front-end frameworks like Vue/Nuxt, React/Next, Angular
• Proficiency with Git, Maven, CI/CD tools for Adobe Experience Manager
• Deep understanding of AEM core concepts: JCR/Jackrabbit, Apache Sling, OSGi, and experience with AEM integration frameworks and approaches
• Experience working in agile teams
• Ideally, an affinity for cloud solutions and technologies
