Our client, a leading multinational information technology services and consulting company, is recruiting for a Technical ICT Mobile Network Rollout Project Manager to join their business in Germany.

About the role:

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Technical ICT /Mobile Network Rollout Project Manager to lead and manage end-to-end implementation of Mobile Network rollout infrastructure projects. You will be responsible for ensuring the successful delivery of projects, coordinating cross-functional teams, managing vendors, and meeting deadlines, budgets, and quality standards.

Key responsibilities:

• Project Planning & Execution:
• Define the rollout plans, timelines, and milestones for telecom infrastructure deployment.
• Define scope, objectives, and deliverables in collaboration with internal and external stakeholders.
• Monitor and control project progress to ensure adherence to schedules and budgets.
• Stakeholder Coordination:
• Collaborate with internal teams, vendors, and third-party providers to ensure smooth project delivery.
• Act as the primary point of contact for stakeholders, providing updates and managing expectations.
• Identify and report potential risks and implement mitigation strategies.
• Troubleshoot issues and solve them.
• Technical Oversight:
• Oversee the deployment of elements on the rollout, hardware, software, and acceptance of the delivery.
• Ensure compliance with technical standards, data security, and company policies.
• Verify technical guidelines and ensure project compliance.
• Documentation & Reporting:
• Maintain detailed and punctual project documentation, including status reports, technical guides, and risk logs.
• Provide regular updates to senior management and key stakeholders on project status and performance.

Key skills and qualifications:

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• PMP, PRINCE2, or similar project management certification is a plus.
• Experience: 10+ years of experience managing ICT/Telecom Mobile Network rollout projects (European and German projects is a big plus).
• Proven track record in delivering technical projects on time and within budget.
• Technical Skills: Strong understanding of Mobile Telecom infrastructure, including RAN and Core.
• Proficiency with project management tools (e.g., Microsoft Project, Jira, Trello).
• Soft Skills: Ability to manage in a dynamic project environment, excellent leadership and communication skills, strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
