Technical Field Service and Sales Engineer (m/w/d)

Job Descriptions

1. Machine/Parts installations and modifications at customer sites
2. Explain and train customers on machine operations
3. Troubleshoot and fix issues on pouch making machines remotely or on-site
4. Support customers before and after sales via phone, email, and in person from the office or on-site
5. Provide technical feedback and marketing insights
6. Manage machine/parts sales and maintain customer relationships
7. Coordinate communication between headquarters and international subsidiaries
8. Study and learn about machine/parts technologies and operations
9. Office management tasks
10. Answer phones and greet visitors
11. Receive and process orders
12. Assist local and international staff as needed

Job Requirements

1. Outgoing, proactive, and eager to improve
2. Interest or knowledge in machines, mechanics, electronics, information technology, and Japan
3. Business-level English proficiency
4. Proficiency in German, Spanish, French, and/or Turkish is a strong advantage
5. Japanese language skills are preferred or willingness to study Japanese
