Technical Field Sales Representative (m/f/d) Norway

Your Tasks

  • As a Technical Field Sales Representative, you will be responsible for the sales of our innovative piping systems in Norway: from planning to the realisation of pipelines. You are the main contact person for our customers throughout the entire sales process.
  • You will demonstrate your commitment and expertise in looking after long-standing customers as well as acquiring potential new customers.
  • When advising pipe network operators and planners, you will make recommendations for the system and product selection. Based on your very good expertise and a good understanding of customer requirements, you will provide comprehensive information on the products, their joining technology and their installation methods. You will also contribute to egeplast's success by working closely with important pipework construction companies, e.g. when hiring out welding machines and accessories or installing our products on site. You will be supported in your work by the internal sales department, product management, technical service and marketing.
  • In addition to organising and carrying out product demonstrations and technical training courses, you will also represent egeplast at relevant industry and trade events.
  • Thanks to intensive market observation and your networking within the market, you will be able to recognise projects at a very early stage and provide the planners with expert advice. Thanks to your customer contacts, you will be able to provide the back office with specific information to help prepare quotations and generally incorporate customer needs and feedback into product development. You will also provide information on current trends in the market.
  • You will prepare reference reports on successful projects and share your experiences with customers and colleagues.

You Fit In With Us

  • You have completed a technical degree or master craftsman training (pipework construction, plant engineering, HVAC). You have then acquired practical professional experience - for example as a site manager, as a project manager in a planning office or as a sales representative for pipework components or similar.
  • Good knowledge of target groups and network contacts are desirable.
  • You are characterised by a high level of self-motivation, a structured way of working, assertiveness, strong communication and negotiating skills.
  • You can adapt to individual customer requirements and develop customised solutions.
  • You describe yourself as a motivated and customer-orientated team player. You enjoy taking on responsibility and can convince others of innovative and sustainable product solutions.
