Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and implement RPA solutions using Microsoft Power Automate and related technologies
• Use the latest technologies, i.e. AI Agents to build relevant solutions
• Analyze existing business processes and identify automation opportunities
• Build MVPs for selected use cases
• Conduct process mining and optimization to maximize automation efficiency
• Provide technical guidance and best practices for RPA implementation
• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and ensure solutions meet business needs
• Perform testing and quality assurance of automated processes
• Train and support end-users in utilizing automated solutions

Minimum Requirements

• Master's degree in Computer Science, AI, Information Technology or related field
• 3+ years of experience in Process Improvement and RPA implementation and consulting
• Strong expertise in Microsoft Power Automate (formerly Flow), including desktop and cloud flows
• Experience in LLMs is a plus
• Strong understanding of API integration and web services
• Experience with additional RPA tools (UiPath, Blue Prism or Automation Anywhere)
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills and strong communication in German and English
