Job Description:

• Design, develop, and implement RPA (Robotic Process Automation) solutions using Microsoft Power Automate, PowerApps, Copilot Studio, and related technologies.
• Utilize the latest technologies, including AI Agents, to build relevant solutions.
• Analyze existing business processes and identify automation opportunities.
• Conduct process mining and optimization to maximize automation efficiency.
• Provide technical guidance and best practices for RPA implementation.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and ensure solutions meet business needs.
• Perform testing and quality assurance of automated processes.
• Train and support end-users in utilizing automated solutions.

Qualifications:

• Master's degree in Computer Science, AI, Information Technology, or related field.
• 3+ years of experience in Process Improvement, RPA implementation, and consulting.
• Strong expertise in Microsoft Power Automate, PowerApps, Copilot Studio, including desktop and cloud flows.
• Experience with LLMs and PowerBI is a plus.
• Strong understanding of API integration and web services.
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills, with strong communication in German and English.
