A data center service provider in Frankfurt (Oder) seeks a Technical Specialist to join the Customer Success team. You will provide technical consulting, support incident management, and ensure effective communication with customers. The ideal candidate will have at least 5 years of experience in service support within the data center sector and strong technical knowledge. Your Role
Being a Technical Specialist within the Customer Success team, you will provide technical consulting to the Customer Success team, and ensure a relief for the operational departments in concerns of technical request / subjects addressed by the customers. Furthermore, you will support the Incident Coordinator function, within the local incident process.
You will achieve your targets by raising the efficiency of customer requests processing by providing technical expertise in customer meetings and supporting the team; ensuring a timely response in case of an incident and acting as the main source of support for the Incident Manager; and by ensuring efficient communication with our customers, which is measurable through the internal system (e.g. response time, resolution time and further KPIs).
