Job Description:

The Role

As a Technical Customer Operations specialist, you will play a critical role in implementing our software for new and existing customers. Your technical expertise will ensure the seamless installation, configuration, and administration of our software and related systems.

What you'll do

1. Manage the technical onboarding of new customers and maintain relationships with existing clients.
2. Conduct technical kickoffs from installation to customer acceptance.
3. Install, configure, and administer SmartNotes interfaces at customer sites.
4. Install, configure, and administer relational database management systems.
5. Provide technical advice to professional and IT departments.

What you bring to the table

1. Work experience in Tech Support or Operational Services, with training in IT or a similar field.
2. Knowledge of Database systems and SQL queries.
3. Knowledge of Windows operating systems; Linux and macOS are a plus.
4. Knowledge of VBA and Office applications is a plus.
5. Experience in technical project management is a plus.
6. Strong communication skills in German and English.
