Zusammenfassung

Jobtailor seeks an experienced Customer Enablement Specialist to drive onboarding from setup to platform adoption for enterprise clients. You will deliver live training sessions and cohort-based workshops, translating complex workflows into actionable steps for marketing teams.

You will build scalable enablement materials, support CRM automation and reporting, and partner with marketing and content teams on SEO and enablement initiatives.

• 2–4 years of experience in customer enablement, customer success, marketing operations, or product training within a SaaS or tech company.
• Hands‑on experience with HubSpot or similar CRM / marketing automation platforms.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to teach technical concepts to non‑technical users.

Requirements

• 2–4 years of experience in customer enablement, customer success, marketing operations, or product training within a SaaS or tech company
• Working experience at a recognized or well‑known technology company strongly preferred
• Hands‑on experience with HubSpot or similar CRM / marketing automation platforms
• Proficiency in SQL and Python, with the ability to actively use both in workflows, reporting, or training contexts
• Non‑negotiable: Prior remote work experience, fluency with remote collaboration tools (Slack, Zoom, Google Workspace, Asana or similar), and experience working with U.S. or UK‑based companies
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to teach technical concepts to non‑technical users.
