Your tasks

• Customer Support (after-sales) for customers, service engineers, subsidiaries and exterior plants, national as well as international for line, filling and process technology and especially IT systems
• Reliable diagnosis of technical problems
• Processing of complaints
• Effective troubleshooting on the phone and via teleservice or video conferencing (augmented reality)
• Documentation of solution paths as well as creation of reports regarding call/error sources and creation of FAQs
• System-technical recording of incoming calls in the sales force case management (ticket creation)
• Permanent further training with regard to the latest Krones machine and system technology and IT systems

Your profile

• Successfully completed technical training as IT specialist for system integration or comparable qualification
• Job-relevant practical experience
• Good knowledge of MS Office and SAP
• Knowledge of plant and packaging technology, especially in the area of IT systems such as order management, production data acquisition and cloud platforms
• Ability to work in a team and customer focus
• Flexibility and willingness to work shifts and on weekends
• Very good written and spoken English skills, and very good German skills required
