You think in a solution- and customer-orientated way, act in a team and responsibly,and have a high level of commitment and safety awareness.
The maximum gross annual salary is between €73,000 and a maximum of €76,000, depending on qualifications. Please note that we can only consider applicants who have a valid, unrestricted work permit for the EU (not a student visa).
Job description
Tasks
- Coordination and technical supervision of fire protection and security systems
- Contractor management, including onboarding, supervision, work instructions and performance reviews
- Planning and monitoring of maintenance measures in accordance with Airbus processes
- Development and management of maintenance, inspection and testing schedules
- Ensuring legal compliance and operational readiness of systems and infrastructure in accordance with German Health & Safety regulations (BetrSichV)
- Coordination and support of certified inspections for regulated technical and structural systems
- Supplier selection and management, including technical clarification, offer evaluation and invoice approval
- Participation in internal and external audits, including monitoring of KPIs in your area of responsibility
Requirements
- Completed studies in electrical engineering, mechanical engineering, mechatronics at least as a technician or business administrator and ideally additional technical training in the field of electrical engineering, fire protection, safety engineering, mechanical engineering
- Several years of professional experience in construction and project management
- Sound knowledge of technical/industrial building equipment and maintenance
- Good expertise in DIN, VDE, VDS regulations as well as technical and structural fire protection (stationary extinguishing systems)
- Experience with fire alarm systems and safety technology required
- In-depth user knowledge of SAP and expertise with Google Workspace
- Business fluent German (min. C1) and advanced English skills (min. B2)
- Willingness to be on call (approx. 8–10weeks per year) and an unrestricted EU work permit
