Your mission

• Consult customers on licensing and entitlement management strategies, ensuring alignment with business goals and technical feasibility

• Lead technical and business discussions with customers, providing architecture guidance, solution validation, and implementation planning

• Design and validate end-to-end entitlement lifecycle processes across departments including Product Management, IT, Engineering, Operations, and Customer Support

• Ensure solution consistency with product strategy, standardization practices, and reusability of core components

• Guide the implementation of Sentinel technologies into customer environments, integrating them into the customer’s products and back-office

• Provide structured feedback to Product Management on market trends, customer needs, and product gaps to support future roadmap and feature development

• Collaborate closely with Sales and Solution Engineers on new opportunities and expansion projects to ensure a seamless customer journey

We are looking forward to

• Hands-on experience advising customers on Software Monetization strategies and implementing licensing and entitlement solutions

• Strong ability to translate business requirements into scalable, technically sound solutions

• Solid understanding of entitlement and license lifecycle management, including ERP integration

• Skilled in project scoping, planning, and feasibility assessment (cost, timeline, and resource alignment)

• Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills, with a proactive and customer-centric mindset

• Creative thinker with a structured approach to problem-solving and solution design

• Able to work independently and collaboratively in cross-functional teams, with a high level of reliability and accountability

• Willingness to support global projects across regions such as North America on an occasional basis

• Willingness to travel to customer sites as needed (up to 30%)

• Very good German and English Language skills
