What your day will look like

This role is an excellent opportunity to become an integral part of a major migration project with a leading software company. As you contribute to customer success and project excellence, you will have the potential to grow into more senior roles within the Professional Services department.

  1. Client Ownership & Satisfaction: Manage a defined customer base, handling technical inquiries, troubleshooting issues, and ensuring overall customer satisfaction.
  2. Customer Engagement: Conduct national and international meetings, clearly communicating technical concepts and solutions.
  3. Project Development & Support: Collaborate with customers to define platform requirements and provide technical consulting to resolve complex problems.
  4. Solution Configuration & Delivery: Work with Solution Specialists to configure software solutions, estimate project efforts, and ensure high-quality service delivery.
  5. Long-term Relationship Building: Develop and maintain strong, trust-based customer relationships to support ongoing business growth.
  6. Project Management: Lead and manage customer projects using project management best practices, driving successful outcomes.

What you need to fulfill the role

  1. Fluent German and English Language skills are mandatory
  2. Previous experience in a solution specialist role in construction industry is a plus
  3. Strong understanding of web-based technologies
  4. Excellent communication skills, with the ability to convey technical information to non-technical users effectively.
  5. Customer-focused mindset with a dedication to providing exceptional service.
  6. Ability to work independently and collaboratively
  7. In-depth programming skills
