We seek a Technical Consultant to shape and deliver strategic technology solutions for enterprise clients. This role bridges business objectives and technical execution at the C-level of client organizations. The ideal candidate will act as a trusted advisor, guiding senior stakeholders through complex ICT landscapes and helping make informed, future-proof decisions.

This position requires a fluent German speaker capable of engaging confidently with senior decision-makers across Germany, Austria, and Switzerland. The candidate should have deep technical expertise, strong business acumen, and the ability to influence high-level technical discussions.

What you will do

The Technical Consultant will design technical solutions and advise during implementation and assurance phases. Key responsibilities include:

• Technical Solution Design: Develop pre-sales technical designs that meet client requirements and align with business goals, leveraging expertise in at least two ICT areas (e.g., networking, cloud, cybersecurity, voice).
• Customer Engagement and Technical Negotiations: Participate in client meetings to gather requirements, address inquiries, and negotiate solutions. Present and explain designs to ensure alignment with client needs.
• Collaboration and Handover to Delivery Teams: Work with delivery teams to ensure smooth transition from design to implementation, providing documentation and guidance.
• Knowledge Sharing and Mentorship: Contribute to internal knowledge sharing, documenting lessons learned and creating reusable templates.
• Continuous Learning: Stay updated on emerging ICT technologies and trends, maintaining relevant certifications and expertise.
• Alignment with Sales and Product Teams: Collaborate to ensure solutions meet customer needs and align with commercial strategies.
• Team Objectives: Support deal closures, customer satisfaction, and overall pre-sales success.

The Technical Consultant interacts with various stakeholders to ensure project success, including:

• Sales Team: Collaborate on understanding customer requirements and supporting sales efforts.
• Customers: Engage with clients at various levels, including senior IT leadership, offering strategic guidance.
• Internal Stakeholders: Work with product management, engineering, and operations teams.
• Third-Party Partners: Manage relationships to deliver integrated solutions.
• Leadership Team: Provide updates on project progress and strategic initiatives.

What we're looking for

Technical Expertise
