This role requires fluent German to confidently engage with senior decision-makers across Germany, Austria, and Switzerland. The successful candidate will possess deep technical expertise, strong business acumen, and the ability to influence high-level technical discussions.

What you will do

The Technical Consultant will design technical solutions and advise during implementation and assurance phases. Key responsibilities include:

1. Technical Solution Design: Develop pre-sales technical designs that meet customer requirements and align with business goals, leveraging expertise in at least two ICT areas (e.g., networking, cloud, cybersecurity, voice).
2. Customer Engagement and Negotiations: Participate in customer meetings to gather requirements, address inquiries, and negotiate solutions. Present and explain designs to ensure alignment with client needs.
3. Collaboration and Handover: Work with delivery teams to ensure smooth transition from design to implementation, providing documentation and technical guidance.
4. Knowledge Sharing: Contribute to internal initiatives, documenting lessons learned and creating reusable templates.
5. Continuous Learning: Stay updated on emerging ICT technologies and trends, maintaining and expanding relevant certifications.
6. Alignment with Sales and Product Teams: Collaborate to ensure solutions meet customer needs and strategic goals.
7. Team Contributions: Support deal closures, customer satisfaction, and overall pre-sales success.
