YOUR IMPACT
Your focus is on delivering a white glove application run service that meets SLA and ensures an excellent customer experience, considering the budgetary frame.
Your daily activities include technical delivery for multiple assigned customers across Europe, the Middle East, and Africa (EMEA). Leveraging your experience, you help develop new services as well as the respective go-to-market assets.

WHAT THE ROLE OFFERS

• You will be part of a highly motivated European Managed Service Team of IT operation experts
• Ability to independently identify problem areas and optimization capabilities, and take over responsibility to develop suitable solutions
• Working with prestigious Global Customers across industries
• Responsible for supporting our customers in running their OpenText solutions smoothly
• Helping our customers with everyday software use, analyzing incidents and solving problems, performing health checks, and optimizing solution operations and performance.
  

WHAT YOU NEED TO SUCCEED

• A completed technical university degree, preferably in the field of computer science or comparable long-term business experience with IT Technology
• At least 3 years of relevant professional experience in technical support and/or consulting for OpenText applications
• Good knowledge of server systems (Windows and Linux) and databases (Oracle, SQL Server)
• Basic knowledge of web application servers (IIS, Tomcat), in the use of programming languages, and the implementation of tool development
• Basic Knowledge of AI- & cloud technologies, dockerization, and Kubernetes would be an advantage
• Programming experience (C/C++, Perl, and/or Java), packaging (GIT) in the operational environment (ITIL) would be an advantage
• Fluent in German and English business language, both written and spoken
