It is responsible for the selection, provision, operation, and further development of IT infrastructures, platforms, and business applications. To support business units with IT solutions that optimize their processes, Schwarz IT gathers requirements through consultations and develops professional and efficient IT solutions in collaboration with them.

Your Tasks

1. Enjoy digitalization? Join us in developing a digital and innovative ecosystem to create a unique customer experience for Schwarz Group companies.
2. Serve as the first point of contact for our business units and advise development teams on infrastructure & architecture for our multi-messenger marketing platform, including associated interface technologies, systems, and messenger channels.
3. Ensure platform security, stability, and performance, conducting measures like load and penetration testing in collaboration with relevant interface teams.
4. Design technical requirements for infrastructure, interfaces, and technology with development teams, including development and operational processes.
5. Support the product team and IT project management with 2nd and 3rd level support; collaborate closely on quality assurance measures.

Your Profile

1. Basic experience with tools in cloud or microservice environments (STACKIT, GCP, Microsoft Azure, API platforms, etc.) is desirable.
2. Experience in software development processes (KANBAN, SCRUM) and knowledge of JIRA and Confluence.
3. Strong knowledge in the development and operation of communication platforms, including tools, technologies, quality assurance, logging, and monitoring.
4. Excellent analytical and communication skills, with an independent, structured, and goal-oriented work style.
5. Fluent in German and English, both spoken and written.
6. High reliability, flexibility, and diligence.
7. Degree in (Business) Informatics, Information Technology, or a comparable qualification with strong technical understanding.
