Your Day to Day :

Customer Engagement & Technical Support

  • Collaborate with customers to understand Accounts Payable processes and define requirements for accurate data extraction from invoices and financial documents.
  • Act as the primary liaison for clients, translating business needs into technical solutions.
  • Deliver user training, create comprehensive documentation, and provide ongoing support to drive user adoption and satisfaction.
  • Identify and recommend best practices to enhance and streamline business processes.
  • Coordinate with development teams, system administrators, vendors, and stakeholders to ensure clear communication and alignment on technical and business requirements.

SAP Cloud Architecture & Integration

  • Support the design, implementation, and continuous improvement of SAP integration workflows.
  • Analyze and maintain SAP function module logic to ensure efficient and consistent operations.
  • Test and validate API services to enable secure and seamless data exchange between enterprise systems.

What makes you excel in this position :

Education

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent experience.

Experience

  • 2-5 years of experience in digital invoicing, preferably with SAP S/4HANA and SAP Business Technology Platform (BTP).
  • Hands-on experience with OCR technologies and invoice processing workflows.

Technical Skills

  • Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills in SAP Cloud connectivity and integration.
  • Solid understanding of SAP function modules and their operational logic.
  • Experience in creating process documentation and technical reports.

Tools & Platforms

  • Familiarity with SAP BTP, API tools (e.g., Postman, Swagger), and OCR platforms (e.g., ABBYY, Kofax, Rossum, Esker).

Soft Skills

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts in business-friendly terms.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail, especially regarding data accuracy and system performance.
  • Customer-focused mindset with proven experience in technical support, training, and requirement gathering.
