This is an exciting opportunity for a technical enthusiast who takes ownership of and develops the global competence of our Service Division.

Your role will connect R&D, Product Management, Innovation Centre, and Service to deliver technical competence activities for our field service engineers and trainers worldwide. This involves alignment activities, creating training materials, and orchestrating training sessions.

We seek a passionate individual with interpersonal skills, a digital mindset, and a drive to develop technical competence. A technical spirit, high energy, interest in meeting people and learning cultures, and a passion for developing others are essential. Believing that everyone can learn and grow is a core value.

What will you do?

  • Be a part of the Global Competence Development Team.
  • Develop and create training materials in collaboration with R&D, Product Management, Innovation Centre, and the Global Competence Development Team.
  • Prepare and deliver technical training for service technicians and trainers globally (virtually and classroom).
  • Support engineers and trainers in our Customer Centers in their competence development.
  • Create, develop, and record assessments related to competence requirements.
  • Ensure training materials and methods promote safe working practices.
