Job summary

PLACED is seeking a hands-on CTO/Head of Engineering to shape strategy and own technology end to end, based in Berlin Mitte or Potsdam-Babelsberg. You will stay deeply hands-on: write code, ship products, and drive business outcomes.

You will build a top-tier engineering organization within 6–12 months, set technical direction, and balance speed with reliability while building trust with customers, investors, and future hires as PLACED's technical voice.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in SaaS, with proven shipping and seed-to-Series-A scaling experience.
