Tasks
- Procurement and scheduling of systems and spare parts for the entire plant site
- Obtaining and evaluating quotations in close coordination with internal suppliers
- Missing parts management including the initiation of immediate measures in the event of internal and external bottlenecks
- Optimization of spare parts management in compliance with standardized processes
- Monitoring of key performance indicators (KPIs) and evaluation of internal customer satisfaction
- Master data maintenance in the SAP system
- Supplier communication at international level
- Advice on new acquisitions and measures to increase system availability
Requirements
- Completed training as a plant mechanic, industrial mechanic or machine fitter, each with a qualification as a master craftsman
- OR: Successfully completed studies in business administration, logistics or supply chain management
- Several years of professional experience in scheduling and material procurement as well as in maintenance
- Sound technical knowledge, especially in reading drawings
- First practical experience with SAP and a confident use of Google Workspace is an advantage
- Very good knowledge of German (min. C1) and good knowledge of English (min. B2)
- Driving license class B required and forklift license desirable
- A valid, unrestricted work permit for the European Union (no student visa) is mandatory
