Link Snacks is seeking a Technical Buyer Indirect Procurement based in Ansbach, Germany. The role focuses on strategically procuring indirect materials and services across CAPEX and OPEX, while developing procurement strategies and maintaining networks with stakeholders and suppliers.

• Identify KPIs, tools, and processes to optimize procurement and supplier performance.
• Work closely with technical departments and operational teams.
• Ensure compliance with legal requirements, internal processes, and quality standards (IFS).
• Contribute to development of the procurement organization to support J&L EMEA sourcing strategy.

Job Description

This position is based in Ansbach and you will be reporting to the Procurement ManagerEMEA.

Your main responsibilities will be:

• Strategically procure indirect materials and services across CAPEX and OPEX categories.
• Develop and implement procurement strategies.
• Build and maintain strong internal networks with stakeholders and external networks with suppliers.
• Understand market conditions and market dynamics, particularly in the area of indirect materials.
• Identify KPIs, tools, and processes to optimize procurement, supplier performance, and operational efficiency.
• Work closely with technical departments and operational teams.
• Ensure compliance with all legal requirements, internal processes, and quality standards, such as IFS.
• Contribute to the further development of the procurement organization to achieve its objectives and targets and support the overall J&L EMEA sourcing strategy.

Qualifications

EU Citizenship and/or a valid work permit is required. Please note that relocation assistance is not available for this position. All applications must be submitted in English, as it is the company's corporate language.

• Several years of experience in strategic procurement.
