Your Tasks:

• Design and planning services for technical building equipment (MEP) in accordance with HOAI standards
• Assessment of building condition and identification of refurbishment and maintenance requirements
• Planning and execution of energy-efficient renovation projects
• Providing technical expertise in a wide range of facility management consulting projects

• have a degree in building services engineering, process engineering, or energy and building technology—ideally with a focus on technical building systems, control systems or electrical engineering
• have experience with planning software such as DDS-CAD and AVA tools like ABSwin
• possess strong German skills, both written and spoken
• work professionally and independently, with a confident and positive presence
• feel confident in the Microsoft Office world
