Responsibilities

• Support the Commercial Bid Team in preparing technical offers for German and international customers – covering standard equipment, integrated sensor systems, as well as services such as spares and repairs.
• Shape the technical content of bids, process compliance matrices, and define solutions and baselines in close cooperation with Product Management.
• Act as a reliable contact to ensure customer satisfaction and coordinate with international Thales units during ongoing bids.
• Work closely with R&D, Quality, Contract and Configuration Management, and Manufacturing to ensure timely and high-quality preparation of technical bid sections.

• A university degree (at least Bachelor) in a business or technical field, or a comparable qualification, combined with engineering experience in realizing technical solutions.
• Sound knowledge of military radar, optronic systems and software control systems, along with familiarity with Thales internal processes.
• Fluency in German and English is required; additional languages such as French are an advantage.
• Strong technical affinity and willingness to learn, paired with solid skills in common Office applications (Word, Project, PowerPoint, Excel).
• Team-oriented mindset, convincing appearance towards colleagues and customers, flexibility and commitment, readiness to travel nationally and internationally, and the ability to perform under pressure while taking initiative.
