  • General secretarial tasks, administrative tasks and project support for the COPI group and other managers and team members
  • Planning and organization of national and international meetings (creating the agenda, room booking, catering, communication with participants, calendar maintenance and follow-up)
  • Planning, organizing and coordinating COPI meetings (steering committee, etc.)
  • Supporting the COPI team in carrying out company regulations (e.g. records retention)
  • Internal and external correspondence (German and English) and daily coordination with colleagues worldwide/across regions within Clinical Operations and other functions
  • Responsible for project assistance and management
  • Responsible for onboarding, offboarding, budget control and invoice processing
  • Acting as flexitime officer
  • Taking on the role of Global Privacy Notice Manager

Your profile

  • Completed commercial training, e.g. as an office management assistant, industrial clerk or management assistant
  • Experience in a similar role in an international working environment
  • Very good knowledge of the common MS Office programs (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
  • Experience with ShareRoom, SAP, IDEA, BICTMS, Concur, MyBI desirable
  • Proficiency in written and spoken German and English
  • Proactive working style and the ability to work with focus even under difficult conditions
  • Team-oriented work and communication skills
  • Structured and independent working style
